We recognise that our staff are fundamental to our success, and pride ourselves on the facilities and opportunities we offer them. As a dynamic, well established teaching Trust, we have strong academic and research links with Hull University and actively encourage educational development amongst all our staff. We are establishing a Department of Research for Rehabilitation and the Therapies, for which a professorial appointment has already been made. Working towards evidence-based practice, we are leading on research from within the Trust.
