Working with the Director of Nursing and Operations are two Deputy Director's of Nursing and the Clinical Skills Practice Development Nurse.

They will together co-ordinate the development and implementation of a comprehensive nursing strategy which will ensure that nurses contribute fully to the corporate life of the Trust.
